Holiday weekend a bust with no pool pass

    hi, we moved into our new home in april and i'm afraid the previous owners received our pool passes. we were just getting the kids out the door to go to the pool for the first time and am realizing we probably won't get in. after reading a few postings i understand all applications and passes were sent out in may and, i'm afraid the HOA is closed until after the 4th. is there any other way to get into the pools so our holiday weekend isn't a total bust?

    Try and send a message to either Cliff or Staci (their email is on the Broadlands HOA website). Which pool are you trying to gain access to?

    The HOA office is open Monday. You can go by the Nature Center and get a temporary pass. Opens at 9am :)

    I am sorry to hear that you did not get a chance to pick up your passes yet. the old owners got the information but not the passes. We mail out the information in April which does include stickers if you already have passes but if not they do no good either. As flynnibus said the HOA offices are open on Monday so it will not be a total holiday weekend loss. In the mean time the only other suggestion I can give you is if you know anyone who lives here in the community that is going to the pool they can take you in on there guest passes. Most people do not use them all up anyway so you might have the best luck with that.
    When you stop in the offices tommorow they will give you a temporary passthat is good for your whole family until the permenant ones are made so you will be able to go as soon as the pools open tomorrow (the 1st one opens at 10am Summerbrooke)

    Yes. Residents should have recieved 10 free with there informaion packet but if you need additional punches residents can purchase 10 more punches for $10.

    karlathar - if you are going to the SW pool, my husband will be home tomorrow and he can escort you in using our guest pass, in the event that you can not secure a pass at the HOA office...

    Wow! What a great association! Thanks so much to everyone who replied and for those who offered guest passes! I will go by the office tomorrow to pick up the application and the temp passes. Happy 4th everyone!
