Dumb question- 66 Eastbound HOV Restriction

    Could somebody tell me what time 66 Eastbound (merging onto 66 from the Toll Road) becomes HOV only in the morning? I have a flight out of National at the crack of dawn so I was hoping I'd be on 66 early enough to miss the HOV restriction.
