Has anyone else noticed how strange

    it is that everyone else in the area has been getting rain - but we have yet to get any? Take today for instance...it's dark all around us, thundering.....but no rain yet. It's almost as if someone put a bubble around our area. Here's hoping we get much needed rain today!!

    We broke the curse--it is actually raining. But I don't think the really hard stuff's gonna come down for quite some time now ;)

    To give you an idea of where this movie rates in my life, it is the only movie poster I own and it is framed and prominently in my home office.

    The sad thing is my son watched Caddyshack with a buddy and thought it was stupid. It really is the end of the world as we know it.

    So perhaps we mix a home brew night with a viewing of the movie?!
