Does anyone know if there is any HOA rules governing resurfacing or repouring of my driveway.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a contract to accomplish this?

If you are replacing concrete with concrete then you do not need approval.

If you are going to change the original scope/size of the driveway regardless of materials, you will need approval.

This brings up a good point; my concrete driveway has areas where the top 1/4 inches has crumbled off. I was thinking about 'resurfacing', but didn't think it was even an option.

Does anyone know if a concrete driveway can be 'resurfaced' instead of having the whole thing pulled out and replaced?
