Anyone know the name of the bushes that are turning bright red along Claiborne? Like to get some for my yard next year (assuming we're able to water by then).

yep, we put one in our backyard this summer it has grown pretty well. Actually all the plants in the southeast corner of our lot do much better than up the other side...thanks to the lousy draining pattern.

Be careful with Burning Bush (Euonymus alatus), the standard variety can get huge. Be sure to get a dwarf variety and plan for future growth. This plant is also becoming a significant exotic invasive problem, escaping into nearby shrubby thickets and forests through bird dispersed seeds.

SOME of us do, Lee, but those are the real conservatives who actually care about conserving something.
