I have to give huge props to Sal's NY Pizza. After I called Pizza Hut and they once again screwed up my order, I called Sal's NY Pizza and ordered on Tuesday night. When I got there they were just finishing up boxing up my pizzas and it was 10 minutes like they said on the phone, I realized I forgot my coupon for 50% of my second pizza, but still got the discount. I am now a loyal Sal's NY Pizza customer. I will definately be back there for the pizza as it was some of the best I have ever had. I look forward to sampling some other items off of their menu.

Sal's pizza is great! I don't know how they make the crust taste so good, but it is the best I have had...

Love the rice balls with marinara sauce but wish they would put more filling in the center - please?

I love Sal's too. Not exactly what I used to get in Northern NJ....but it's a close second.

Where did you live? I lived in Morristown and Montclair.

Mrs. Gunzour is a fan of the meat lover's special, but I am a sucker for the Margherita pizza (tomato and mozzarella).

We went in last night, ordered our pizza and sat down to wait. We immediately had to go back up and order another slice for our son--who said he didn't want any initially--Sal said no problem and didn't charge us for the slice! After the pizza came our daughter decided that she wanted a breadstick too. I went back up, again, and Sal graciously gave her a breadstick at no extra charge.

The food was so delicious, and Sal couldn't be more accomodating.

I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences there. The pizza is quite good.

Is it just my bad luck, or have you noticed the pizza could be a lot warmer? The first time we tried Sals we picked it up and brought it home. It was cold. Bummer. The second time we had it we actually went there to eat. By the time I was ready for my second piece it was cold.

Small world - I commuted to Northern NJ in 2004 from Charlotte. Lived in a corporate apartment in Florham Park! Gotta love Florham Park Pizza!!! That's now become my standard for good NJ pizza!

If you havent tried their stromboli, you are missing out. Delicious, beautiful crust, loaded with mozzarella, sausage & pepperoni, and the size of a my arm it is not for dieters or the "faint of heart". I will never eat another pizza from there, not b/c the pizza is bad, but b/c the STROMBOLI is just that GOOD!!!

I went to St. Elizabeth's for high school, right down the road from Florham Park...and we used to go to a roller rink in FP. Am I showing my age?! Heee.

As of a few years ago, that roller rink is still there - right across from the strip mall where Florham Park Pizza resides.
