Exterior Painting

    I've seen lots of suggestions for painting contractors...but does anyone have suggestions for an exterior painter? Powerwash and paint trim, doors and shutters...anyone with an end unit TH get any quotes lately? There's not really all that much to paint, but that three story roof is a killer (literally) ;)

    I second Kris's Painting Service. He did all the exterior of our townhome and we were VERY happy with their services.

    I concur as well -- excellent customer service, one day start-to-finish, and they did a great job installing crown moulding in our living room as well. Kris' does a LOT of jobs in Broadlands and has an excellent reputation.

    I also chime in ... Kris took care of both interior painting for our house when we were ready to paint the two story entrance area, and the exterior at the same time; recaulking everything, then painting all exterior wood trim, even on the three story side (back of the house).

    We then used him to repaint a few rooms and refinish the deck when we were getting ready to sell. I'd reuse him again if we're ever back in that area.
