    I feel sorry for the people who also was "talked" into IO Loans they could not financially afford. Now they are "paying the price" literally by having to worry about their loans unless they were smart enought to refinance.

    Having a good or excellent credit history is helpful when you shop for a home since it is the largest purchase someone makes for their future. The IO loan mortgages are just like the mid 1970-1980(s) "balloon" mortgage loans. Unless you are quick to refinance for fixed loan period, you are outta luck.
