Has anyone heard any news about when the Clyde's will be constructed? Also, any word on which restaurants are in conversation for space at the Ryan Restaurant Park in front of Home Depot? In one year they are supposed to have the Brambleton shopping center open and in two years the town center part should open (I give it 1.5 and then 3 years or more) with many restaurants to choose from. Within three years it will be amazing how many restaurant choices in the area there will be.

Don't expect Clydes for another year or two .. they are still working on revising their design and awaiting county approval.

I heard South Riding was trying to get Clyde's to move down there instead of Broadlands. BoS is supporting the effort.:D

And I heard that Lansdowne Resort had hired Randy Minchew's law firm to develop a 'comprehensive food service plan' for the county showing that the real need for new restaurants was in the west and south, not in the Ashburn area. :D

Okay, guys, very funny. Dropped by here because I see you've been online since my morning response to you on the other thread, AFGM, and there's still nothing in my e-mail box from you. Did you get the e-mail I sent you through the forum last night? Let me know, and I'll try again if you didn't.

    Barbara Munsey, from South Riding.

Last I heard, Clyde's will break ground this fall and open in late 2005 or early 2006.
I asked Clyde's to attend the HOA/Developer's cummunity update on Oct 07.
