Anothai new Thai restaurant

I drove by Southern Walk Plaza the other day and ran into the owner of Anothai, a new Thai restaurant right next to American Flat Bread. She seems to be a very nice lady. She said the restaurant will be open at the end of Feb and asked me to spread the words out. Can't wait to try their food as the food at Orchid Thai is not up to my standarad.

 

That will be three Thai restaurants all opening within Ashburn in the last six months or so. The new one next to the hotels near 5 guys is very good and has a nice atmosphere inside. It appears on the Brambleton Town Center site plan that a Thai restaurant is possibly going in there as well. If you want a really nice Thai restaurant hop on over to Busara at Reston Town Center.

 

I agree- Basura is excellent. Perhaps I've been spoiled by my experiences there, but I wasn't impressed with the food quality at Orchid Thai. I look forward to a really good Thai restuarant opening in Ashburn soon.
