Hey, I have a short panel two car garage door that has glass windows in the second row down from the top of the door.

If I want to have the windows in the top row of my garage door, does that mean I need HOA approval since I am just changing where my windows are located?

If I add window panes to the windows instead of just plain glass, would that require approval?

Last question, what if I switched from a short panel door (8 panels per row) to a long panel door (4 panels per row), would that require approval?

    Thanks!

And how long would the process be to request approval?

The sooner you submit an application the faster it will, "most-likely" (no guarantee) be approved at one of our scheduled meetings (Aug 23rd is next one).
