I am with AHS right now. I have a recently bad experience them. my hot water system is not functional. when a service call is placed they took 4 days to come and check. even after 4th day contractor came in and said don't have parts in the hand and need to order them. He said I need to wait another 3-4 days. I am with out hot water with small kids in the winter for 3 days already and I can not wait another 3 days. Then I went to home depot and brought the part on my own and they completed the work with those parts. Now either AHS or contractor don't want reimburse for the parts I brought. they do finger each other now. its what it is and leaving it there and not fight any more. good or bad my heating issue is fixed and kids are happy.

Now looking for a some what better company for home warranties. any suggestions please?

After-market Home warranties are largely a scam. Warranties should come from the manufacturer/builder of the system at the time of purchase. Don't try to replace bad with worse.
