Apple Fest on Sunday in Broadlands

    FUN for All Ages! Apple Fest 2004, the annual fall festival at Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church and Open Arms Christian Child Development Center, will be held Sunday, September 26, from 12:30–4 p.m. The location is 43115 Waxpool Road, right here in Broadlands at the intersection of Waxpool Road and Claiborne Parkway.

    This year's festival includes moonbounces, puppet shows, family games, the Big Red Bus, Sir Brixalot, face and nail painting, fire and rescue exhibits, a farm market, and other activities for children. A bake sale will be held, and food vendors will offer concessions. Over 20 national and local home-based vendors will also be featured. Take your chances with a 50/50 raffle and lots of door prize raffles. (The rain date is set for October 3, but we know it won't rain!)

    The event is free and is open to everyone! Come join us!
