Arbors - Apt to Condos - back to apts?

    I noticed in today's Wash Post Loudoun section that four units in The Arbors recently sold - all to "Broadlands Condominium Corporation." (Nos. 252, 249, 354, and 359).

    I think that I saw a sign that The Arbors were apartments again. This would explain the sale.

    However, The Arbors is (or was) managed by Buzzoto... so why the sale to "Broadlands Condominium Corporation?"

    I was curious as to "who" the BCC is...but can't find anything on the web about who incorporated the name.

    I presume the county would have a registration?
