Ive done some searches but cannot find much - are you allowed fire pits, gas or charcoal? are you allowed free standing gazebos? on deck or in yard?

    Thanks

Yes, you are allowed. You will need to submit an application to the Modification Sub-Committee for approval.

If the fire pit is a free standing, movable type, you will not need approval as it is not intended to be a permanant type structure.
