Ashburn Restaurant Park

Hello All,

I've been trying to find online what is going to be built in the Ashburn Restaurant Park on the corner of Loudoun County Parkway and Waxpool. The framework is being put up now, but it doesn't say which restaurants are being built...anyone know?

Is that what is going in next to the little self-storage place? I wondered what was going on there. This is excellent news...do you have any other information about the place in general (aside from the occupants)?

 

I'm pretty certain that two hotels are being built in that area. Is the restaurant park going in that space too?

 

I read something awhile back that said 2 hotels and an upscale restaurant are going there. Haven't seen any other info on it recently.

 

What is going up now is a hotel and the resturaunt pad is still for lease according to what I heard around the holidays.
