10/24/17 Update:

• Asphalt work 10/25-10/26, "AREA A" : Map 2 - Southern Walk and Map 4 - Overland Park and Clubhouse parking lot at 43360 Rickenbacker Sq and surrounding entrance. We apologize for the late notice that access to the clubhouse/fitness center parking lot will be restricted today, however, we were given a 24-hour notice that work will commence today. Since this lot will be used for overflow parking during the asphalt work in this townhome section next week, the contractor needed to get this lot completed first.
• Asphalt work 10/27-10-28, "AREA B": Map 4 - Overland Park (Parking is permitted at St. Theresa's Church Mon-Thu only at lots furthest away from church building. Please do not enter lots between 7:30-8:00am during morning drop off.) and Map 6 - Thornblade;
• Asphalt work 10/30-10/31, "AREA C": Map 2 - Southern Walk; Map 4 - Overland Park; Map 6 - Thornblade; Map 8 - Villas;

 

10/26/17 UPDATE:

• Crack fill for “AREA A” of Map 2 – Southern Walk and Map 4 – Overland Park will be done at a later date. Lines have been painted and is now open.
• On schedule: Asphalt work 10/27-10-28, “AREA B”: Map 4 – Overland Park (Parking is permitted at St. Theresa’s Church Mon-Thu only at lots furthest away from church building. Please do not enter lots between 7:30-8:00am during morning drop off.) and Map 6 – Thornblade
• On schedule: Asphalt work 10/30-10/31, “AREA C”: Map 2 – Southern Walk; Map 4 – Overland Park; Map 6 – Thornblade; Map 8 – Villas;
• Upcoming Streets: Map 7 – Bankbarn; Map 9 – Broadlands Station

 

10/30/17 UPDATE:

• Crews will arrive on site today at 10am to perform work on Maps 2, 4, 6, and 8. This will allow the pavement to dry. Please move vehicles by 10am.
