I have been experiencing a water leak in my basement for several years. I have had several contractors out to attemp to fix the problem. They caulked, reflashed etc. It wasn't until I spoke with Steve at roofer911 that I was finally able to solve the problem.

The problem was the ridge vents on the top of my roof. The ridge vents while installed properly by my roofer, but were not sealed under the ridge vents so whenever we had a hard driving rain that hit the front of the house I would have leaks in my unfinished basement.

Apparently what was happening is water would leak under the ridge vents and run down the walls between the siding and the framing and would find the point of exit which happened to be my basement.

I contacted roofer911 on June 13, 2013. Steve responded that evening and was at my home in Ashburn the following day to diagnois the problem. His crew arrived that same day to make the necessary repairs to stop the leaks.

This was the second time this year that I have used roofer911 to fix a leak. I was having a problem with my masterbed room window leaking during driving rains as well. They repaired the leaks when no one else could and the window has not leaked since.

I would highly recommend roof911's services. Prompt service performed by a crew that was on time and did a fantastic job.
