Baskin Robbins Street Lights

    Are the lights by BR permanently off? I can't believe the HOA jumps on us when our post lights are out but nothing is done when these street lights are out for years it seems.

    It makes the shopping area unsafe and unattractive.

    That BR shopping area lights are NOT under the HOA's control.

    You'd have to talk to the owner of the shopping area--not the HOA.

    The developer is smart enough to create a 'commercial organization' that manages the retail/commercial spaces... they aren't under the scope of the residential HOA at all.
