Went last night as it was the first time they were open to the public. The wife and I both had the beef brisket sandwhich which we thought was good. The sauce could've had a little more of a kick to it but overall we enjoyed it. Having gone to school in the South I've had a lot of bbq, so if it was bad I'd say it, but it was not a bad meal. The service was great, Manager was going from table to table as was the owner, both very nice and personable. Definitely check it out, great addition to the BVC.
