Broadlands HOA Mobile App

Hi All,
We are considering developing a mobile app for Broadlands. We are requesting comments and ideas from the community.
If we were to develop a mobile app, what would you like to see included? What information and features would be important to you? What items would be the most helpful and provide the most value for residents and the community?

Definitely announcements - like pool closings or event cancellations.

 

Agree with the announcements, and would also include things like landscape notifications that we currently receive in the mail, billing/account statements, calendar and contact information. Would certainly make snow plow communication easier on both staff and residents during the next major storm event

We are in the design phase of the app and I wanted to see if there were any other features residents would find useful. Please respond to this post if you have additional ideas. Thank you!!

Holiday -generated specials, such as trash pickup changes, special events taking place like races or entertainment, and HOA office closings.

 

Would be nice to have a feature that can upload pictures to the email if you want to alert the HOA Staff of an issue needing their attention, etc.
