We are looking at the possibility of using bunk beds for our 2yr old (bottom bunk) and 5 yr old. Anyone have suggestions of a good (price is an issue) place to get a set? Or is anyone getting rid of one?

Wood preferrable, and not too high. Any experiences w/your children on the bunk beds? I know that changing the sheets will be a big pain in the you know what:)

...funny, I had to look a couple of times, but you might want to edit your "sheets" !!!!

Costco has decent looking bunk bed that are reasonably priced.
Also check craigslist - you will often see Cargo/This End Up sets that are indestructable, they can be sanded/restained as well.

HA That was funny..thought we had an editor that would have taken care of that with symbols instead of the word. Don't know what I was thinking while I was writing.

We bought bunkbeds for our children at Trivett's in Fredericksburg. Solid wood furniture, that was the best deal we found. http://www.trivetts.com/ We have twin/twin for our twins, and a full/twin for our daughter.
