This is now open in Brambleton. Had lunch there today. Burritos made Chipotle's look small!!!
Food was great and this place is a hot sauce lover's dream. They have about 50-60 you can eat there and about 150-200 that you can buy and take home. I sampled about 6 of them today.
I also learned something new.....did you know your toenails can sweat?!?!?!?

There is one in Brambleton shopping complex, opposite to Harris Teater.

Sure ... burn out your tastebuds, and you won't have to worry whether or not the ingredients have any flavor !! :poke:

FWIW ... they finally opened a Chipotle's here in Pittsburgh, with at least 2 or 3 more to follow. I was going into withdrawl !!

We went this weekend and thought they had plenty of flavor, even before adding the sauces, which are yummy too. We'll most definitely frequent this place.

Yeah, I do love the selection of hot sauces :) So far I've had the regular burrito and the hickory chicken bowl. They do have a gyro burrito on their web site which looks mighty enticing.. would like to try!

Tried to go there the first night at 5 PM, but the line was all down to Coldstone!

Went Friday night at 4:50 and ordered right away. Didn't walk out of there until 5:40 with our food in hand!!!! There were lots of people working, but pretty much were all standing around waiting for the meats to be cooked. They ran out of rice and spinach by 5:15 PM and so our orders had to be changed to salads and some other things. Lots of stress and uptight people both working there and waiting for their food.

I am sure they will get things worked out and the crush of people will die down, but is hows how tough it is to open a new restaurant as people are anxious to go there in the first few days. It's too bad there can't be quantity controlled soft openings for the new places to let them work the kinks out and get some experience vs the enormous crowds they usually get when first opening.

They do have a nice menu with a variety of things and good healthy options. The salads are huge and last me at least two meals.

They were not serving spinach when we went. I ordered the one that had spinach and beans and they were holding the spinach.

Here's a tip for avoiding the 20-30 wait. Call in for take out which averages 10 mins, drive down and by the time you park and walk in your food is ready. Now sit and enjoy and watching everyone else grumple while they wait for 20-30 mins.

Here is another tip. Eat at 3 pm in the afternoon like I did today just a few people in there. They also have a bull horn and make all kinds of funny noises. Looks like they are adding some humor to the place :)

First time I have ever been to one of these and I thought it was quite good.

Like said before, trying to pick a hot sauce takes longer then eating. ha ha ha
