Enrolling as little as 30-days prior to the first in-studio session can give you 60+ hours toward your 500-hour goal by completing:

- 2 hours per day total of practice and observation hours
- Preliminary online lessons in CANVAS, our online teacher training portal, including the Anatomy course.

For example, if you enroll today, you can count your next Pilates workout as a practice hour. Then, complete an observation hour on PilatesAnytime.com or here in our studio and you will have accomplished your first two hours out of 500.

Starting ahead of time will make you more prepared for the in-studio practical hours and closer to being ready to teach! If you accomplish 2 hours or more per day on average, you will finish your program in less than 6 months.
