In general what types of colors are allowed to paint the deck and fence in Broadlands ? Does anyone have high level guideline. The HOA manual does not give a definitive answer. I know that once you decide the color you have to go thru approval process.
    Please advise. Thank you.

In townhouses, semi-transparent, wood-toned stains are required. In single family homes there is more lattitude but most residents chose a wood toned stain, some shades of gray or white. In the Overland Park section, fences must be white.
