    "Starting Sept. 9, weekday drivers must pay $2.25 to travel the length of the Greenway and merge onto the Dulles Toll Road, or $2.15 if they pay electronically with a "Smart Tag." The current charge is $2, or $1.75 with a Smart Tag."
