Concrete stairs/driveway

    We are in a townhouse with concrete/brick front stairs, and a concrete driveway. What do others do to maintain them? Do you have the concrete sealed regularly and do you have any vendor recommendations? Also, the stairs are chipping a lot, especially at the corners. Do you know any companies that can repair them?
