Construction on Waxpool and rt 28

Does anyone have any info on what's being constructed on Waxpool and rt 28..next to the Wegmans?

Both the Waxpool/28 intersection and the 606/28 intersection are being reconfigured with overpasses, thus removing the two current traffic lights. I believe that in both cases, Route 28 will go under the cross roads, improving (hopefully!) the traffic flow between Route 7 and the Toll Road.
