Contractors and trash

    We have trash all over our front and back yards. It comes from the wind blowing through construction sites or pools being built. I feel the developer has some liability in this area and should help clean up their own mess. I continuously clean black tarp, lunch boxes and cups, insulation, and boxes from my yard. Now I have black tarp caught in my gutter on my roof, I plan on having VM come out to remove it so my gutter is not dammed.
