I am purchasing a home in Broadlands that has a crawl space area instead of basement. It was recommended to me that I put some type of protection around the crawl space to prevent someone from accidently falling down. Was wondering what the HOA allows me to put up around the area. I was thinking just a small fence maybe?

    Thanks!

Are you talking about the opening where the doorway is? All you really need to do is put a flat cover on top of it. Some sort of flat board. My husband build a cover on top of ours with a lock. The cover will also help prevent your sump pump from over flowing during a heavy storm, hurricane, or after a snowstorm when the snow melts.
