Deck Cleaning Referrals

    There seems to be a limited amount of companies around to clean or power wash decks which probably explains why some charge a premium price.

    All I need is someone to remove algae and grime from the fence and deck - not blasting off the stain further destroying the wood.

    Whether you have had a good or bad experience, please provide feedback with regards to quality of work, response time, price, and the scope of work performed, like the size of the deck, to include fence and stairs, and patio. Please include whether they use and algaecide, mild soap, or a bleach product and if they use day laborers to backfill their contracts.


    From 2015:
    I'm guessing one of the HOA Ads with a poor grade is for Kris's Painting? Didn't he have a contract recently to paint the Nature Center?
