    Aren't all decks in Loudoun county supposed to be built with PT lumber (beginning 1/1/04)?

    You are joking, aren't you ?? You can build a deck out of most any type of lumber, as long as it constructed according to the building code. Our Modifications Guidelines state it "..should be of wood, left to weather naturally, or painted/stained in a muted color that is harmonious with the colors of the house."

    Ric did our deck and it's awesome! Used the evergrain which is so nice on the feet. We're very happy w/everything.

    We did not get spiral stairs as we're thinking of getting them put on by an actual contractor that does them regularly. One of the websites says you can install them w/in 2 hours but I find that very hard to believe!

    BILAW just completed our deck last month and we love it. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

    Premiere Home Services built our deck. They offered the best price out of the six companies that gave us estimates. They did a really good job.
