DRIVEWAY APRONS on VDOT Roads

    Have a good question with regards to Driveway Aprons....

    I noticed that some of the driveway aprons throughout the neighborhood have "Scarring" or deterioration from all the salt that is spread onto them from VDOT snowplow trucks over the years during the winter snow storms...

    who is responsible for the eventual maintenance of the concrete of the Driveway Aprons? Do the homeowners have to replace them themselves when the concrete deteriorates to the point of having to be replaced or is that something VDOT does?
