He is busy getting Dunkin Donuts store open ... His dream job !!

 

Looks like they're breaking ground on the DD/BR today, and I'm drooling all over my keyboard.

 

WOO HOO!! Open 24 hours - I work an overnight shift and love places that are open when I am awake!!

 

I see they haven't put up a silt fence between them and the wetlands.... Naughty, naughty.

 

Yes...Tetra(landlord) started ground Work and Hopefully will be finishing in next 3-4 weeks. Construction might start in September, ofcourse depends on how long it takes for county approval.
AS per Zansu's question as soon as we get into our hands after site wrk and before we start building work we will put the fence.

Yes. We will have a drive thru. Infact please find the preliminary elevation for the building. I will update you when i have the final Elevation. we also will have tenant and we are actively looking for one. Please post your opnions on whom you would like to see as your/our neighbor. Couple of interested parties approached us. A private Italian Rest. and a 24/7 doctors office. Personally i would like to see a High-end Mexican as we dont have any mexican in Ashburn.
I have learned from Broadlands Association about issues with curent location of Trash, which will be moved. So Hopefully that could make some of our neighbors happy. Also we will be paving a Sidewalk from waxpool to shopping center.

i also vote for good mexican food.
a new place went in at the ashburn commons development but that's too far when you're hungry
next best thing is los toltecos in sterling by the theater.

No, better yet, a drive thru Starbucks! I mean so far I have to actually drive to all the Starbucks to get there. When I drive to one, I usually then have the choice of walking between the two. Safeway plaze, and Harris Teeter have two each! LOL!
