Actually a lot of racing/tri bikes don't come with pedals, as each customer usually already has their own based on preference, i.e. LOOK, Crank Brothers, Speedplay, etc. All the attaching systems are different, and some even require special shoes the others don't fit.

I'm biased, but the F32 is an excellent entry-level tri rig, with some great aero features usually found on other manufacturer's bikes at a much higher price point. Felt was one of the original aero bike suppliers to the triathlon crowd way back when, long before they even featured road racing bikes, so they have a lot of experience catering to this market.

If you are in the market, $1250 is a steal for this bike with such low mileage.
