Where can I get a live ficus tree? Neither Walmart, Lowe's, or Home Depot had any. I am trying to refrain from buying a fake one from Michael's :(

Well it's a long way to go but Merrifield Garden Center has a great selection of indoor plants. You take Fairfax County Parkway down to 29 Lee Hwy (I think that's it) and take a left and it's on the right. Someone on the Board will probably know of a closer place but I go there because I think they have the nicest plants.

Do you happen to know how much one would cost? Do you think that nursery in Leesburg, off of Rt 7 (Meadowbrook Gardens?) would have them?

Bluemount Nursery has them......personally I would get the fake one. I hate dealing withmy ficus' leaf drop.

Hmmm, any recommendations on an indoor tree that isn't as high maintenance as a Ficus?
