Has anyone done business with this store up by Rt. 7 and Ashburn Village? It is by the Harris Teeter, Home Goods, etc. in Ashbrook Commons.

Looking for feedback, good or bad. Thanks!

Can't really say. We asked them to do an estimate and got the feeling they were understaffed and we had to work around their schedule. I called them on a Thursday and they said the earliest they could be there was Monday, so I called someone else who came out on Friday. We had a contract signed by Saturday, so we did not end up going with Floors and Decor.

We did go with Floor and Design in Sterling. They did a fantastic job!! We had tile put down on the ground floor and solid wood stairs instead of the builders grade carpet. www.flooranddesign.net, ask for Fred.

Were they pretty reasonably priced do you think, if I may ask?

Which store are you asking about? I thought the materials at Floors & Decor were reasonably priced. Saw some of the same stuff I saw at Sterling Floors for about the same price.

For Floor and Design, I thought they were reasonable. It came out to about what we expected. They ripped up the carpet downstairs and on the stairs (and took it away), tiled the downstairs (we live in a townhouse w/a garage) so I'm thinking it was about a 11' - 12' by 11' space, and then a 3'X3' landing. They put solid wood on the stairs and matched existing hardwood in the kitchen to extend the landing on the 2nd floor, about a 3'X4' space. It came to about $5,000 and they did an excellent job.

We weren't limited to what they had in the showroom either. Fred encourged us to go to Conestoga tile to pick out a tile we liked.
