    The townhouse may show better if you trim and clean up the backyard...and your neighbors will appreciate it, too.

    In addition to kevinq's comment, you might want to use the DC's craiglist Virginia section. I don't think people look at Frederick, MD for Ashburn.......

    Having a massive tree in front of most of the house is a turnoff to me- just wayyyyyy too big.
