Need Advice GE Profile microwave fix

    Our built in microwave is not heating up. Everything else appears to be working. Anyone have a good repair person that is reasonably priced they can recommend?

    If the microwave is original to the house (i.e.: more than 10 years old) you're probably better off replacing it than repairing.

    Had the same thing happen to our OEM GE Profile - everything seems to work, but nothing gets hot. We replaced it with a Samsung, and it used the same mounting hardware - so we were able to swap it out ourselves.
