Need Advice Google classroom login

    We bought our 6th grader an Asus Chromebook for Christmas so she doesn't have to wait to use the school's laptops. Recently, she has been having difficulty logging into her Google classroom. It has been inconsistent, so we know she is using the correct username/password. At times it will say that it doesn't recognize the login. Any idea what is going on and how we can resolve this? TIA.
