We live in Broadlands and are looking for a handyman to caulk the entrance to our home. Recommendations are appreciated!

TaskRabbit.com has been extremely handy for me - Paul is in the area and does great work.

Noticed that TaskRabbit adds a 7.5% fee to the job. And they collect your credit card information before the job. Not sure that I find that helpful.

And there only seemed to be 2 Handymen that I could find and no real confirmation that they could do what I needed.

Hi - If you are looking for a handyman who is honest, trustworthy, fair priced and very skilled, contact Tyler Hagerty at tylerh2383@gmail.com or 571-278-4839. He has done amazing work for us (Eric Sorensen). He is extremely detail oriented and prideful of his work. He provides kitchen and bath renovations, basement build-outs and other handyman services. How did you find Tyler? What kind of work did he do for you? I have a growing list but want to make sure to find someone with useful skills.
