Handyman Recommendation-this guy is FANTASTIC

We've been living in Broadlands for three years and have had multiple companies come out to do random repairs. I really want to recommend Mike Lawless with Force Construction (571-926-7916 - lawlesstelecom@gmail.com). I pretty much gave him a 'to do list'. It had things like repair a kitchen ceiling from an old upstairs bathroom flood, recaulk the kitchen sink, find a roof leak and fix not only the leak, but also the ceiling below it in an upstairs bathroom. I asked him to re-screen all of our windows, along with a repair of a bedroom door that someone had crashed through when it stuck. As you can see a miscellaneous of random items. He and his worker did a fantastic job on everything! The kitchen ceiling was actually done by another handyman but you could see not only the repair but the paint line. Now you can't even tell the flood eveR happened. The bedroom door looks brand new, he even rehung it so it doesn't stick anymore. Honestly, you can't even see the crack in it. The ceiling leaks were pretty darn bad, you can't see them anymore! The fan motor in the bathroom for the exhaust was making a funny noise. This wasn't even on my list...he fixed it! All done in two days, right on schedule, for an absolutely reasonable price. He is a perfectionist and you can tell by his work. I am very, very, very HAPPY! He does everything from decks to remodeling to additions to tile. I have only given out one recommendation in 3 years and that was for a painter when we first moved in. Call Mike!!!
