Hardwood Floor

    Hello,
    Can anyone recommend a really good cleaning product that you use for your hardwood floor that works well and cleans thoroughly (even between small gaps in between the floor boards)

    I have finished wood floors and use a product by Pledge. It was recommended by a colleague years ago and the floors still look great and it doesn't leave streaks.

    Are you looking for a sealant instead?

    Would you use a sealant? We have a worn spot where the dogs do the scooby-doo run in place making the turn around the stairway. I'd like to put something on so it's not bare wood but I don't think I'd like one of those polyurethane products. That was on the floor of the house I lived in in high school and I remember it bubbling up and peeling. Sorry to hijack the thread...
