Wanted HELP!! Looking for single family home to buy or rent

Relocating to the area...spent three months researching and decided on Broadlands. Have already lost two purchases and a lease in the Broadlands (all within one day of listing being posted)! Running out of time...need to get my kids registered in wonderful Broadlands schools. Anyone thinking of selling or renting a 4+ bedroom house in the Broadlands? Already have pre-approval for buy and have stellar credit for rent.

 

come to Chickacoan, a house there, and off of Chickacoan on Woodspice Ct (off of Reynwood) another nice home for rent. how old are your kids?

 

Three boys: 2, 6 and 9. Do you have addresses for those homes (or links to the listings)? Haven't seen either on Zillow or MLS. One of the ones I lost (buy) was on Woodspice...nice neighborhood.

 

i don't know the address but it's right mear the corner of vestals gap and chickcoan, at the entrance of a pipestem. plenty of kids that age right in this area too- there's a century 21 sign in the yard.

Made an offer on Hidden Pond less than 24 hours after listed...someone else beat me to it.

 

I saw a 'Coming Soon' sign on Heritage Oak off of Ridgeway. It looks beautiful from the outside. Maybe you could get a look at this before it lists??

 

The house on Heritage Oaks IS beautiful on the inside....it's a friend of mine.

 

Heritage Oaks is going to be listed for 815K. Do you want to spend that much?
