Home Repair HELP - Water leak in the home

    We noticed water leak from our patio in to the break-fast area.
    We don't have a basement. Ours is a two level home in overland park community.
    Water is leaking in from from the flr level and from some where near the top of the window.

    We are trying to call contractors for fixing this and we are getting responses that they will check/fix this only for 3 level homes.

    Can anyone recommend a good contractor for fixing these leaks?

    We used Jenkins Restoration in Sterling, VA
    telephone# 703-450-6850
    (USAA, our Home owners Ins Company recommended them along with ServPro for water mitigation/damage)

    creativewindowsva.com is great if you need to replace windows. Not sure that's what you're looking for or need.
