Dominion Trail PTA Holiday Shoppe
Saturday, December 6 from 9am-1pm

Dominion Trail Elementary School PTA is busy planning its annual Holiday Shoppe, an event where children shop for gifts from our school’s holiday store. In addition to the hundreds of items that we’ve purchased just for the children's shopping area, we also have a shopping area for the adults! We invite vendors of handcrafted items or home-based business products to purchase tables to showcase and sell their products.

If you have a business and would like to participate, the entry fee for vendors this year is $35 per table. Tables will be provided (maximum of 3 per vendor) and are 6’ in length. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Only one representative from each at-home business company (e.g. Pampered Chef, Silpada, Thirty-One, etc.) will be allowed; should duplicate vendors show an interest, we will honor the vendor who returns the form and the associated entry fee first. New this year – you will be able to pay your fees online via Square!

We will advertise our event through a specially-created Holiday Shoppe website, a Facebook page, flyers and emails to DTES families, the Ashburn Village Villager newsletter, and postings on various electronic groups/web pages with ties to the Ashburn Community. We also will be distributing a program at the event itself with vendor contact information in hopes of generating sales for vendors after the Holiday Shoppe. Note that the Holiday Shoppe website will remain up for a few months past the event as an additional form of advertising for your business.

Then fill out the registration form (or register online) and return it, along with your registration fee of $35 per table, to DTES Holiday Shoppe ~ 20929 Fowlers Mill Circle ~ Ashburn, VA 20147. We only have 34 total tables available for reservation, so make sure to book yours today and pay online!
