What is the going rate for cleaning, if people don't mind sharing that info?

I have a three level single family home, I’d say about 2700 sqf, cleaned for $100 every two weeks.

This includes the usual stuff you’d expect as well as inside the fridge, changing the sheets in four bedrooms, and washing the soiled towels and linens, drying, and putting them in the linen closet. (which they periodically reorganize for me when it gets messy)

I'm not too fond of H&R. This is the 2nd time in the past 3 years we've used them. They cleaned really well the first time around but he dropped off the face of the earth for a while (phone issues supposedly). We changed back to them a couple months ago & the call back/business issues aren't fixed (ie: not remembering when we're scheduled, promising to clean an item & then it not being done). The cleaning is ok but it doesn't seem that they go out of their way like they did before.

WOW-I've used the same person for three years. She comes twice a month and charges me $70 per cleaning. My house is about 3,000 square feet. Her english is excellent and she has the same one or two girls with her everytime. She is very prompt and trustworthy. I know she does two or three other houses in my neighborhood and everyone loves her. Now, I will say this, she doesn't do my fridge or wash/dry my dirty sheets but she does a great job of just cleaning my house. If you want her name and number, I'm happy to give it out.

We use K-Maids. Its a woman named Ketty we found through the local Loudoun paper. She and her team do a great job. We prefer them to larger operations because we get to know her and her cleaners personally - rather than allowing random people into our house each week. We're in a 3600sq ft. SFH - she charges $100 per cleaning. Feel free to email her at ketty@kmaids.com.

I called her a few years back when I started looking for a house cleaner. Her prices were really good. However, I have cats and she won't clean a house that has cats because she is allergic to them. Just an FYI...

Looks like this thread hasn't been updated for nearly a year. I am looking for a new cleaning person/service. Any recommendations? Info regarding price, what chores are done, house size and whether or not cleaning materials are included would be appreciated.
