IKEA Planned by 2020 at Kincora Project

    When we were shopping at the Ashburn Trader Joe's (TJ's), we got to talking with one of the store managers about all the One Loudoun development and how it was growing a lot. The store manager told us they had been told that IKEA was planned for the Kincora project to be built in 2019 or by 2020. It will be in the Kincora development across from Nokes Blvd. on the Kincora property.

    Boy, more traffic--but it will be interesting! One of our friends who works for Loudoun Business Permits/Development confirmed this to us this weekend too when they came to our farm for dinner with their family. She told us supposedly by 2020 IKEA was planned in the Kincora development. I would have thought by the Dulles Toll Road would have been logical too.

    I suppose it was time for IKEA to finally come into Loudoun County with all the growth coming now and in the future. Boy, are we glad we moved further out years ago!
