July 15th LAN Gaming Party

I tried several times before to get the animated gif up on here but every time I uploaded a .gif file from my machine it was somehow changed to a non-animated gif. The only way I was able to get around it was to put it up on my webserver and say use the remote image. Maybe there has been a forum update or something. This was when the forum was brand new.

As you know it's not much more than a simple upload script so I wasn't causing it Glad to know you don't have to go thru that hoop anymore though.

 

It may have worked but for some reason it's out of sequence with the original now, at least it is here...pretty amusing.

I might not be able to come to the lan party enless i fix this computer im in linux.

I ordered my stuff from Xoixde and the rad comes broken Errr. so they have to file a claim with UPS errr i am mad.

and also on this computer somthing odd happened to windows? i will probly fix it

u think we will have enough room for 20 people....cuz everytime i go to these things there is only like enough room for 10. We should also play online like we did last time.

 

URR i might not be able to come to the lan party enless i fix my computer today because battlefield 2 isant working right and i cannot connect to the internet thats part of the reason im at the library right now lol

Does anyone know how to set up a "Local Area Conection" in Windows XP Pro?

I was at the library yesterday on the computer now im on my dads computer. the connection is not set up thats why it isant working properly because it work when im in beta 2 vista.

If i dont have my computer can i still come to whatch?

o that would be cool i just got my radiator for my clear case a couple of minutes ago.

i will proable come and see if there are any extra computers then if not stay a little while and then go home.

We do have the HOA computer, but its not able to run this game (computer is just not powerful enough). I will have my laptop and you could try that, it runs games fairly well. You will need to bring a copy of the game to run it on though.

Also - I forget the persons name offhand. The guy that was having problems getting the game to run after install and we ended up copying over the whole install dir. I think you borrowed my CD1? I coulnd't find it, do you by chance have it? Will ask tomorrow if you show up...
