We love going to this place and have been many times- - but recently weent there around just 9-30 and they wouldnt take us in saying kitchen is closed-
and it happened again few weeks later- 9:25 and they said kitchen is closed.
THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR TIMING ON THE DOOR to 9:30 then instead of 10PM.then- we were so frustrated. Great way to turn off old customers.

Also annoyed that they stopped offering free refills on soda. I don't drink alcohol that often (meds say I shouldn't drink any!), but I like my Diet Coke and the last time we were there I was told no free refills when I asked for another. The food is not that amazing (or cheap) to make me want to pay for DC refills. Sorry, if we get food from there again, we'll get carry out, but I don't see that happening often.

I should note, we were pretty frequent customers - the manager recognized my husband every time we went in. Oh well.

Your lucky they told you they didn't offer free refills. When I questioned my bill the manager made it sound as if I should have known. Waiter never said anything and kept refilling and I didn't see it listed anywhere on their menu. I thought the food was very bland as well.

We haven't been in a few weeks, but if they want to nickel and dime people, they will lose business very quickly. Soda is very inexpensive and to not give free refills will not save them that much money. I don't know of any other restaurant anymore that does that. It used to be most charged for refills, especially in resort areas, but nowaways, no one does.

That is a terrible business decision.

We had dinner there today. DH was brought a coke refill without asking. I drank iced tea and almost never have soda, so not an issue for us at all, but I know for some it will be. We still think the food is very good. I love the chicken parm and DH loves the lasagna. Both were very, very good. We will continue to go.
